What is a tax clearance PIN?
A certificate showing your company’s taxes are up to date issued by SARS, and in good standing for you to be credible for tenders, finance, contracts and foreign investments. The tax clearance PIN is only valid for 12 months.

What do we provide?
Income tax registration number does not automatically register you for e-filing.
We create and activate your account on e-filing for your registered company, connect your business bank account, and verify your company’s details with SARS hassle free.
Once your account has been activated and verified by SARS, we send you your login details, tax clearance PIN certificate, and SARS statement of account.
It is essential that all outstanding tax returns and tax payments is settled to qualify for a tax clearance PIN certificate. This includes prior year returns, even if the company did not trade, a tax return is still required.
